For over 20 years our owner Vernon Bishop has been repairing and replacing technology devices for Large and Small Businesses as well as educational institutions.  He was an IT Director for an educational institution where he handled every aspect of technology such as phone systems, servers, workstations, and students personal computers, as well as budget management and ordering of technology on a large scale.  He also has experience in instruction and has other techs that call him for advice or "how to" for several types of repairs and upgrades on PC'and Macs.

He is familiar with several operating systems, Windows, Mac OS, Linux & Unix just to name a few.

He is familiar with all the various brands of technology as well, Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Compaq just to name a few.

He has also worked as a network engineer and has handled large server/network installs which involve domains and multiple location connections.
